LHH is assisting a leading mid-sized law firm in NYC in its search for a Corporate/Finance Associate. An ideal candidate for this position will have experience closing real estate finance transactions. Responsibilities will include reviewing diligence, drafting loan documents and assisting with commercial and real estate loan closings on behalf of financial institutions and borrowers.
