Plan and deliver social-emotional learning instruction and develop aligned lesson plans2. Design, implement, and evaluate behavior intervention programs and supports3. Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze student data to guide interventions4. Develop and support implementation of individualized behavior plans for students with disabilities5. Provide coaching, modeling, and professional development to staff on behavior strategies and data practices6. Support classroom and school-wide behavior management systems7. Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and staff to promote positive student behavior8. Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and prepare reports9. Assist in supervising and supporting paraprofessionals and behavioral support staff10. Valid South Carolina teaching certificate, special education certificate preferred2. Master's degree from an accredited university3. Experience with intervention planning for developing behavior change strategies that focus on reducing problem behavior and increasing appropriate behavior.4. Position requires strong understanding of and experience with students who present severe emotional and/or behavioral management difficulties.5. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with students, parents, and other professionals.6.
