Warehouse Associate

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our cryptocurrency mining sales and hosting operations. Our company specializes in the sale, preparation, deployment, and hosting of ASIC mining equipment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring equipment is received, prepared, tracked, and deployed accurately and efficiently. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for inventory control, hardware staging, shipping and receiving, and supporting deployment logistics within our warehouse and hosting environments. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming mining equipment and components Unbox, stage, label, and organize ASIC units and related hardware Perform basic hardware preparation, including firmware updates, cleaning, and visual inspections Assist with racking, cabling, and deploying mining units in hosting facilities Accurately package and ship internal transfer orders and outbound customer orders Maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with full inventory audits Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse Assist technical staff with hardware swaps, diagnostics support, and warranty processing Follow all company safety procedures and operational protocols Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or hardware handling experience Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely lift and move heavy equipment Preferred Qualifications Experience handling cryptocurrency mining equipment (e.g., Antminer units) Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP addressing, Ethernet cabling) Experience working in a data center or hosting environment Experience using inventory management or warehouse management systems Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs on a regular basis Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods Comfortable working in environments with elevated noise and heat levels Ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures Manual dexterity to handle small components and cabling Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Application Question(s): Will you require sponsorship now or in the future?
