This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterlings Latham Office We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide superior service and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and Account Managers. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and service requests. Secure and process applications for coverage, including obtaining quotes and comparing options across carriers. Manage account activity, including policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and updates in the agency management system. Review policies and documentation for accuracy and completeness to ensure compliance with agency standards. Request and maintain client documentation, including certificates of insurance, ID cards, and proof of coverage. Process claims and support clients through the claims process as needed. Maintain accurate and organized records of all client and carrier communications. RequirementsActive Insurance License required Life & Health license preferred Prior experience in insurance or related customer service role Working knowledge of insurance products, underwriting, and policy processes Proficiency with AI tools, task management systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Total Rewards Package: Compensation: $47,500 - $52,500, based experience.
