Intake Therapist - Physician's Clinic
The Intake Therapist is responsible for completing clinical intakes, diagnostic assessments, and required treatment plan reviews/updates in accordance with state regulations, Medicaid and other payer requirements, and RiverValley Behavioral Health policies.
