What types of reporting have you managed within the Adobe Workfront toolJob Description:The Marketing Operations team serves multiple functions within the Client Marketing Department to enable the successful implementation marketing programs for all of Client's lines of business and client segments. The Marketing WorkFront Admin and Compliance Coordinator position is an individual contributor role and is responsible for ensuring that marketing policies and procedures are in alignment with risk and compliance guidelines and that all marketing materials are adequately reviewed before going to market. This role also includes the upkeep and maintenance of the Adobe Workfront platform.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSUpdate Work Front Access and maintain proper documentation within the tool shared drive of the access.Train individuals as WorkFront access is provided/troubleshoot errors as they occur.Receives requests through internal Workfront tool for Admin updates to fields, reporting, build of new flows, certificate verification.Execute required reporting (in-market date/12m key.com) and distribute and store in required drives.Partners with other project coordination team members to ensure work is completed on time and within expectationsEnsures project scope aligns with stated business goalsFollows established processes and thinks of new ways to do our work and manages risks effectivelyContributes to a culture of teamwork and continuous improvementBrings an innovation mindset to enhance overall team performanceDemonstrates consistent year-over-year improvements in performanceEffectively collaborates with internal and external partners, including marketing, creative services, external agencies, product management, lines of business, risk, legal and complianceAbility to interact with variety of stakeholders and communicate effectivelyActively participates in team sessions and in projects led by othersREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree preferred; 3 - 5 years professional experience in advertising agency, marketing project management or related fieldsREQUIRED COMPETENCIES/SKILLSExperience in traditional and digital creative development process, ensure content aligns with business objectives and is within brand and compliance standardsProven relationship-building skills working with internal team members, external agencies and cross-functional teamsStrong written and oral communication ability; demonstrated presentation skillsDemonstrated organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated strong client focus; is efficient and delivers in a timely mannerDemonstrated ability to solve problems; escalates as necessary.
