The Financial Analyst role is responsible for preparing sophisticated plan design proposals and financial analyses involving complex funding of non‑qualified executive benefit programs, including acquisition of new clients and the ongoing servicing of current clients. This is a full‑time (5 days a week) in‑office position located in Lake Mary, FL. Job Functions, Essential Duties and Responsibilities Works closely with Senior Consultants to provide sophisticated plan modeling and funding solutions for non‑qualified benefit plans, including deferred compensation and supplemental executive retirement plans. Develops and maintains relationships with insurance carriers that offer products in the non‑qualified benefit plan marketplace, gaining a thorough understanding of the various products and their applications to clients. Utilizes insurance carrier software and internal programs to prepare accurate financial modeling for new and existing non‑qualified executive benefit clients. Provides detailed modeling assumptions, analysis, recommendations and follow‑up analysis on a timely basis. Participates in special projects to enhance productivity and efficiency and the suite of non‑qualified services. Responsible for protecting, securing, and properly handling all confidential data held by the company to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information. Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Mathematics. 0–3 years of retirement services industry (or comparable) experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Ability to learn multiple insurance carrier software programs. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; detail‑oriented. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Self‑motivated and capable of initiating action. Ability to collaborate with others and adapt to change. Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and adjust to changing priorities. Ability to work under pressure in a very fast‑paced environment. Provides regular, reliable and punctual attendance. Travel: up to 5%.
