Lead Second Shift Location: Hinton, VA 22831 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead for our Second Shift operations in Hinton, VA. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards are met, and lead a team to achieve operational goals efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate activities of second shift production team. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality and efficiency standards. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote continuous improvement. Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational strategies. Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports as required. Identify and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime. Promote a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage conflict. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work the second shift schedule. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree is a plus. Work Schedule This position is for the second shift.
