Assembler - 3rd ShiftLocation: East Windsor, CT Pay: $23.00 per hour + Weekly Production Bonus Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–1:00 AM Employment: Full-TimeJob SummaryAs an Assembler, you will build, test, label, and package power cords and cable assemblies while ensuring products meet quality and production standards.ResponsibilitiesAssemble and test cord sets according to and package products hand tools and testing equipment.Perform quality inspections and report defects.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.Meet established production goals and quality standards.Follow all safety and company procedures.QualificationsPrevious assembly or manufacturing experience is required.Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.Basic math skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit and/or stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 25–50 lbs. as needed.Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks.
