We rely on our talented and dedicated team members to provide reliable products with personalized service.We are seeking a Yard Team Lead for County Materials in Freeport, FloridaJob Duties:Supervise and guide yard personnelTrain yard personnelCarries out policies and procedures and documents and maintains inventoryCoordinates with Dispatch to ensure staffing is adequate for deliveries and productionCoordinates with Plant Supervisor to verify status of product productionExercise good judgement regarding work site unloading and operationOperate equipment to stack, load and retrieve supplies and materialsClean and maintain area and equipmentOther tasks as neededWork Environment:Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40 Pounds frequentlyCarrying/Lifting > 40 Pounds occasionallyStanding / Walking / ClimbingSquatting/Crouching/Kneeling/BendingPushing / Pulling / Reaching Above ShoulderPhysical Requirements:Work in outdoor weather conditions, including extreme hot or cold temperaturesWork near moving machinery and equipmentWork in a noisy environmentWork alongside moving traffic on roadsExperience & Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years old.0-2 years of related experience.Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.Ability to perform well as a teamSelf-motivator and must be flexible in order to accommodate needs of your team.
