Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Middletown, NJ, with flexibility for some remote work. The Real Estate Social Media professional will be responsible for managing and creating engaging social media content to promote VRI Homes’ services and listings. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media strategies, responding to customer inquiries, promoting properties via various digital platforms, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to enhance online presence and engagement. This role also involves identifying trends in the real estate market to create compelling and relevant digital content. Qualifications Experience in Real Estate, Real Property, and Real Estate DevelopmentProficiency in Customer Service and client relationship managementStrong understanding of Sales within the real estate or property marketFamiliarity with social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation toolsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when working remotelyBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredKnowledge of Middletown, NJ, and surrounding real estate markets is a plus
