ApplyJob TypeFull-timeDescriptionThe Analyst, Regulatory Programs will serve as the primary subject matter expert responsible for bridging complex regulatory requirements with practical application for both external customers and internal teams. This analyst role includes responsibilities such as working directly with our customers, troubleshooting, researching, and resolving regulatory issues to ensure compliance, conducting research, and developing resources and education for both internal and customer-facing regulatory support. As a member of our Regulatory team, your job would involve:Maintaining an advanced level of expertise on supported regulatory program requirements, tools, reporting, and legislationParticipating in calls internally and with customers to provide regulatory guidance and expertiseParticipating in regulatory cross-divisional meetings and collaborationsScheduling meetings as needed to optimize communication, manage project plans, and follow through with action itemsUtilizing meeting and project templates and best practices for regulatory projects, initiatives, customer, and internal educationAssist with setting up test examples for bugs and enhancements in development rings Participating in industry education and forums to build and maintain knowledge of regulatory programsPromoting and adhering to the Quality Management System guidelines and policiesThis position potentially requires 5-10% of local, domestic, and/or international business travel. Research, Education, And DocumentationReading and collaborating to interpret and operationalize Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Proposed and Final RulesCollaborating with Development division and stakeholders to evaluate the impact of product requirements and workflows for successful attestationCoordinating and contributing to the development and documentation of the regulatory best practices, including providing guidance to ensure workflows meet the requirementsCollaborating to establish and evaluate workflows for accurate report data captureParticipating in report testing and creation of patient test dataPublishing best practices to the regulatory pages, adhering to established guidelines, and ensuring the change log includes a reflection of editsDeveloping internal and external educational resources. This can include, but is not limited to, written documentation and articles, e-learning tutorials, in-person presentations, webinars, and hosting customer round tablesCollaborating with counterparts to evaluate and implement any needed redesign of regulatory pages to improve customer and internal communication and educational resourcesResponding to customer and internal questions submitted through the regulatory mailboxAssisting with customer regulatory support/issue management. RequirementsBachelor’s or associate's degree preferred and/or 2-3 years applicable work or military experienceStrong interpersonal and collaborative skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks or projects at a timeExcellent customer service skills and desire to promote service excellenceStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsIndependent worker who takes initiative and requires minimal supervisionExperience with MEDITECH clinical applications and related workflow is desirablePresentation and teaching experience highly desirable This is a position that involves travel. In order to fulfill that requirement, you must have access to a personal credit card (or the ability to obtain one) to manage initial expenses incurred during business travel.
