Role Description This part-time, on-site role in Cambridge, MA is for a Salon Operations Coordinator. The role involves daily coordination of salon operations, managing appointment schedules, addressing client needs, overseeing inventory and supplies, ensuring the facility is organized and well-maintained, and supporting administrative and operational tasks. The Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and play an essential role in creating a smooth and enjoyable experience for both clients and staff. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and staff.Proficiency in Operations Management and Administrative Assistance to manage daily tasks, schedules, and inventory efficiently.Solid Analytical Skills to monitor salon performance and identify areas for improvement.Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software or other relevant tools.Experience in hospitality, retail, or beauty industry operations is a plus.
