Clients engage CAC to embed experienced marketing leadership into their organizations on a monthly retainer — aligning go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation, and revenue execution.You will introduce executive decision-makers, often founders and CEOs, to strategic leadership that materially changes how their businesses grow. The OpportunityWe’re seeking a high-caliber remote Business Development Executive to own the full B2B sales lifecycle for fractional executive engagements. The primary ICP is "Software Steve," he's a tech engineer who's been in the game a long time and founded a tech company that has achieved steady ARR and now needs to scale his marketing strategies and systems to advance revenue out of the messy middle. Our secondary ICP is "Healthcare Hannah"; she has a company that sells into healthcare and is desperately trying to get traction in a flooded market with 8 layers of decision makers. If you have experience selling and closing tech leaders in SaaS, AI, FinTech, or a health-aligned vertical, you will do well in this role.
