General Summary: This role is instrumental in the growth of our store - we are one of the highest volume stores in Michigan and having the right items in the right quantities are key to our success. Responsibilities include managing the inventory level of the store to ensure that our customers are never disappointed by lack of product or quantity. This is done through accurate inventory counts and managing the order and claims processes. The ideal candidate will share our goal to "Amaze Every Customer Every Time." Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Keeping accurate inventory counts Managing the ordering and receipt process Managing the claims process Manage over 40,000 unique items Promote Customer Service as The #1 Priority Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer needs are met, and concerns are resolved quickly Ensure all merchandise is stocked in sufficient quantities so that our customers are never disappointed Maintain accurate inventory at all stages through on-hand integrity, daily receiving, store communication, product mix and flow, and adhering to company best practices, metrics and deadlines Utilize available inventory reports to reduce shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels and maximize inventory accuracy.
