IT Portfolio Program ManagementLocation: Avon, Lake, OH - Onsite Contract - Long TermIT Portfolio Management:Govern the end-to-end IT initiative pipeline ensuring alignment with organizational strategy funding models and business prioritiesDrive intake evaluation prioritization and approval of initiatives using standardized portfolio governance frameworksOptimize demand vs capacity planning across programs, projects, and shared servicesIT Project Program Management:Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT programs and multi-project initiativesEnsure delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality targetsEstablish delivery standards, stage gates, and governance reviewsRisk Issue Management:Identify, assess, and track delivery risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptionsProactively develop mitigation and contingency plans escalate critical risks as requiredEnsure adherence to enterprise risk and compliance standardsChange Management:Lead change impact assessments for IT initiatives affecting business users and operationsEnsure training, communication, and adoption activities are embedded within delivery plansPartner with business stakeholders to minimize resistance and drive sustained adoptionPortfolio Reporting Governance:Deliver executive level portfolio dashboards covering financials, milestones, risks, dependencies, and benefits realizationStandardize reporting templates and cadence for leadership and governance forumsEnable data-driven decision-making through accurate, timely, and repeatable reportingMust Haves:Experience in managing large complex IT portfolios with multiple concurrent programs and stakeholdersStrong understanding of portfolio governance, demand management, and capacity planning10 years of experience in IT Project Program or Portfolio Management within enterprise environments
