In 2025, LSEG ranked our firm the No. 1 investment bank for all global M&A transactions.Job DescriptionVice Presidents are primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the M&A process, including supporting the development of process design, overseeing the development of marketing materials and analyses, and managing deal execution (including providing leadership and guidance to junior team members). In addition, you will be involved with new business generation, including supporting relationship maintenance with clients and developing and supporting the delivery of pitches to new business prospects.As a VP for the FinTech practice, you will be expected to:Manage all aspects of a transaction process and be the day to day “quarterback” for the dealManage the development of and explain historical and projected financial analysesCoordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactionsOversee the preparation of marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as neededOversee the development of valuation and ad hoc financial analysesAssist in the marketing and execution of existing engagementsBuild relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisorsSupervise and mentor junior staff membersThe environment at Houlihan Lokey is both collegial and entrepreneurial.
