Morning Maintenance

We are a vibrant pickleball and volleyball facility dedicated to providing a top-notch recreational experience for our patrons. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a reliable and proactive Morning Maintenance/Janitorial Staff member to join our team. Job Duties: Open the facility by turning on lights and preparing for daily operations. Set up and take out trash from designated areas. Clean and sanitize bathrooms to maintain high standards of hygiene. Sweep and mop floors to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility. Maintain sand volleyball courts by raking and keeping them tidy. Clean and fill ice coolers for our patrons' convenience. Scrub and lay out bar mats in preparation for service. Arrange chairs in various areas of the facility as needed. Turn on TVs and ensure they are functioning properly. Perform equipment checks and minor repairs as necessary. Fulfill any other special requests or tasks assigned by management. Qualifications: Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles preferred. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a morning shift environment. Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards. Good physical condition to perform duties such as lifting and bending. Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude. Flexibility to accommodate occasional special requests and tasks.
