The Inside Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new business by identifying, engaging, and onboarding licensed skincare professionals into our Acne Expert Program. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‐paced, consultative sales environment and is passionate about skincare, education, and building long‐term customer relationships.*Please note that this is a hybrid position working out of our corporate office in San Ramon, CA every Tuesday‐Thursday and working remotely Mondays and Fridays.*Responsibilities / Essential FunctionsProactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreachConduct virtual meetings and product demos to educate potential Acne Experts on the Face Reality Clear Skin MethodManage and nurture a pipeline of prospective accounts, moving them through the sales funnel to conversionCollaborate with the Education and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experienceMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM (ZoHo)Track and report on KPIs related to lead generation, conversion rates, and sales performanceStay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategyQualificationsBachelor's degree OR equivalent combination of education and work experience2+ years of inside sales or business development experience, preferably in skincare, aesthetics, or wellnessStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, customer‐first approachSelf‐starter with excellent time management and organizational skillsExperience with CRM systems and virtual sales tools (Zoom, Calendly, ZoHo, etc.)Passion for skincare and a genuine interest in helping professionals grow their businessesLicensed esthetician or background in professional skincare is a plusPhysical RequirementsMust be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and bend for extended periodsExcellent hand‐eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detailMust be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written formComfortable lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materialsComfortable using a computer, keyboard, and mouseBenefitsPartake in and contribute to a high‐growth brand journeyBe part of a high‐performing growing teamContribute to executing initiatives across professional channelsSalary$34-$36 per hour plus bonus and full benefits package*Please note* this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
