This is a full-time opportunity for someone with hands-on assembly or machine experience who enjoys working in a manufacturing environment and takes pride in accuracy and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate basic machines and perform assembly workPrint and apply labels to parts and productsApply oxide inhibitor to aluminum connectorsInsert screws and caps into insulated connectorsAssist with machine setups as neededOperate drilling and tapping machinesSupport grounding assembly processesAssist with small presses and tapping for groundingConfirm inventory and submit tickets to the materials managerMaintain knowledge of parts and subassembliesWork as part of the operations team, supporting coworkers and contributing ideas for process improvementJob RequirementsBasic machine operation experienceAssembly experience preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to stay focusedSelf-directed and dependableAbility to handle repetitive tasksSafety-focused mindsetBenefits:401(k)Health/Dental insurancePlease call 860-773-0059
