Behavior Technician - Autism Support

As a Behavior Technician, you’ll provide 11 support for children with autism in our early intervention center in Canton, MI, helping them build communication, social, and life skills through play-based learning.Our clinic offers a bright, positive environment where BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists work side-by-side, sharing insights and supporting one another. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy space. Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes learning through play.Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).QualificationsReliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children.
