Coverage Needed : Start Date: July 2026 End Date: Ongoing Schedule: Friday: 5 p.m. - 7 a.m. (option for day shift if available to start earlier) Saturday: 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. Sunday: 7 a.m. - 7 a.m. Clinical Details : Setting: Hospital performing 3,600 inpatient/outpatient surgeries per year Duties: Independent cases Required Procedures: Ortho, Labor & Delivery, Spine, GI, Gynecology, Urology, Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, bariatric bypass, minimal vascular cases EMR: EPIC Support Staff: Anesthesia providers, CRNA, Anesthesia Tech Requirements : Board Certified State License: Iowa License Preferred (IMLC or willingness to obtain IA license considered) Certifications: BLS, DEA Malpractice: Clean Preferred Residency/Fellowship
