This fully in-office role offers a salary of $100,000-115,000 and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping leadership organized, efficient, and prepared. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to President:
Manage and maintain the Presidents calendar, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing appointments
Keep the President organized by tracking tasks, deadlines, and key priorities
Draft, edit, and send professional emails and correspondence on behalf of the President
Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-ups
Serve as a gatekeeper for incoming communication, ensuring timely and appropriate responses
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support executive-level operations
Anticipate needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts or priorities
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to President:
2+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leadership
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting professional emails
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Ability to think quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar management tools
Professional demeanor with a high level of discretion and confidentiality
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
