Base + bonus, 9 holidays, 3% profit share, 401k contributionKey Responsibilities of this Controller role: Lead the month-end close for multiple locations and ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements and consolidated reporting. Maintain and strengthen internal controls and standardize accounting processes company wide. Oversee standard costing, cost roll-ups, and cost updates across all plants. Analyze multi-site production variances (labor, material, overhead). Manage inventory valuation for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods across locations and lead cycle counts and physical inventory at each facility. Partner with plant leadership to improve cost visibility and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with state-specific tax, payroll, and regulatory requirements. Support capital expenditure planning and ROI analysis for multiple facilities. Collaborate with supply chain, production, and engineering to optimize operations. Additional tasks as assigned.What they want to see the Controller bring BS Accounting Manufacturing industry experience, with M&A experience as a plus.
