Overview In this role you lead the POps system transformation program at Google, partnering with product and engineering leadership to define the strategic roadmap and ensure on-time delivery across Core and Corp Engineering. You manage the program portfolio, OKRs, budget, and cross-functional teams, balancing risk, scope, and resources. You drive AI-first HR initiatives and platform modernization, shaping enterprise-scale solutions for Googlers. You build relationships with senior leaders and external vendors, aligning stakeholders to business outcomes.
