This job is with Encode, Inc a fully owned subsidiary of LanceSoftJob Description:Participates in test design and performs routine procurement, fabrication and assembly of components, test fixtures and test systems. Facilitates systems integration, fabrication and modification; supports system pre-test setup, integration, checkout, and post test tear-down. Conducts routine tests, analyzes data and documents results. Troubleshoots basic laboratory and test-related problems. Works under close supervision.Describe the project/day-to-day activities they will be working on:- We support many different programs by building electronic test equipment- Contractor is expected to: Interpret Engineering Drawings, Select Tools and Material, Fabricate per DrawingTraining and mentorship will be providedWhat are the Top 3-5 Technical/Software Skills needed to perform this role/job?:1. Experience with electronic schematics and/or drawings2. Experience with crimping, soldering, and using multimeter3. Basic Electrical and Mechanical knowledge and work experience4/24 education update: AA is not required, it is considered a plus
