Quadrant Bar & Lounge & The Saga Seven Reasons Group  is seeking an experienced Line Cook  to join our dynamic culinary team at our dual concept establishment located in The Ritz-Carlton, Washington, D.C. The Saga  - Chef Enrique Limardo's culminating restaurant showcasing evolved Spanish-influenced cuisine with top-tier hospitality, featuring an open kitchen concept designed by award-winning OOAK designers.We are looking for motivated and reliable cooks who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in consistency, cleanliness, organization, and teamwork.Responsibilities include:• Daily station setup and mise en place• Service execution while maintaining quality and consistency• Following recipes and plating standards• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards• Supporting prep and production as needed• Working collaboratively with the culinary teamQualifications:• Previous line cook experience preferred• Experience in upscale restaurants or hotels is a plus• Ability to work efficiently under pressure• Strong work ethic and positive attitudeBenefits:• Sick days• 5 days PTO after 12 months of employment• Company contribution covering 50% of health insurance after 6 months of employment• 25% discount across company restaurants More detail about The Saga part of Seven Reasons Group, please visit
