This position ensures cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency across all lounge areas. It is ideal for hospitality professionals who take pride in contributing behind the scenes to a premium guest experience.Your ImpactAs a Utility Associate, you will:Maintain lounge cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming, premium guest experience.Support culinary, F&B, and lounge teams with operational tasks to maintain efficiency.Monitor inventory and assist with supply management for guest and service areas.Uphold Chase Sapphire Lounge standards for quality, safety, and presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils.Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware.Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and remove garbage to designated areas.Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish roomSupport culinary, F&B, and lounge teams with operational tasks to maintain efficiencyMaintain lounge cleanliness and organization to ensure a welcoming, premium guest experienceComply with all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP policiesAttend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularityPerform additional duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirementsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of related work experience in hospitality, facilities, or service environments preferred.Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.Team-oriented, reliable, and flexible.Professional appearance and commitment to a luxury guest environment.
