Join a leading transportation and infrastructure firm as a Bridge & Structural Engineering Manager. This role offers the chance to lead a team of engineers delivering complex transportation projects, from bridge rehabilitation to iconic structural designs. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers in a collaborative and positive work environment
Review and ensure the quality of structural designs, plans, and specifications
Manage multiple projects, maintaining scope, schedule, and budget objectives
Develop business opportunities, contributing to client growth and project acquisition
Oversee multi-disciplinary teams across project planning, feasibility, design, and construction services
Allocate resources effectively, manage contracts, and implement measures to meet project goals
Ensure adherence to internal policies for project management, risk, and quality
Promote cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain within 90 days; Structural Engineer (SE) license preferred
Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge or structural engineering projects
Proven leadership and team management skills on complex transportation projects
Strong client engagement, communication, and collaboration skills
Willingness to travel as required
Hybrid work environment with periodic in-office presence
Salary range: $140,000 – $210,000 (based on experience and location)
