Key Responsibilities as an AT&T Sales Associate: Connect customers with the best wireless, entertainment, and service packages by highlighting the advantages of our offerings. Identify and seize new sales opportunities through proactive lead generation and customer engagement. Effectively manage your sales territory, overcoming challenges and closing deals to boost revenue. Collaborate with management to create tailored service packages and assist with customer renewals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continually enhance your sales skills through training and client interactions. Upsell additional services and turn warm leads into satisfied, long-term customers. What We’re Looking For: A strong background in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of building lasting relationships.
