Employee Ownership: Every employee receives equity shares, enabling you to participate in our company's growth and prosperity.Work-Life Balance: We support true work-life integration for all CNG employee owners.Career Growth: Advance your career within our expanding network of manufacturing facilities with comprehensive training and development programs.Purpose-Driven Work: Help create sustainable packaging solutions that reduce food waste and protect our environment for future generations.The RoleFrom machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable.Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 3-4 day schedule C – Day Shift: 8:00am - 8:00pm (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday + alternating Saturdays)What You'll DoDirectly supervise and manage daily production floor activities across your shift, coordinating with other shift supervisors and department managersEnforce safety and quality policies, participate in safety audits, and support safety programs to maintain a safe work environmentEnsure compliance with IMS & BRC standards to support continuous certificationReview order packets and production paperwork for accuracy, including quality checks, visual inspections, and lot number traceabilityConduct performance evaluations and regular coaching sessions to develop staff and drive accountabilityUse Gallup engagement survey data and ADP (HRIS) to support employee engagement, attendance tracking, and performance managementParticipate in interviewing and selecting new hires for your shiftLead and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strong quality, safety, and productivity standardsWhat You’ll BringEssential Qualifications:3-5+ years of leadership experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing facility, with a focus on quality, safety, and accountabilityDegree or certification in management or related is desired Proven track record of strong leadership, quality, and safety performance, with no attendance concernsDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and connect with a team to achieve resultsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous or complex situationsAble to lead and control multiple projects and priorities simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening Compensation & BenefitsStarting Salary: Wages ranging from $27.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
