If you are ready for adventure, we invite you to join our amazing team and grow with us.Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst Intern will support the Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization in executing day-to-day procurement, planning, and supplier coordination activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to a fast-paced aerospace production environment, with responsibilities spanning supplier execution, ERP data management, and process improvement.The intern will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Receiving, and Accounting to ensure material availability, supplier responsiveness, and data accuracy during production ramp.Responsibilities: Expedite supplier quotes on requisitions submitted by Engineering Support onboarding of new suppliers, including:Collection of W9 and Vendor Information FormsMaintenance of supplier contact and master dataTrack and update purchase orders Follow up with suppliers to update and validate lead times Coordinate with Accounting on supplier deposits and advance paymentsMaintain and improve data accuracy in ERP (Epicor), including:Updating Unit of Measure (UOM) for consumables and hardware (e.g., screws)Support data cleanup and standardization efforts across part and supplier records Assist with reporting and tracking tools used for supply chain visibilityWork closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Receiving teams to resolve material and supply issuesQualifications:Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data organization, basic analysis) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Effective communication and ability to work in a cross-functional team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Exposure to ERP/MRP systems (Epicor preferred)Experience working in a manufacturing or hardware environmentFamiliarity with BOMs and supply chain processesInterest in aerospace or complex product developmentExperience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Attributes aligned with Core Values:Demonstrates a proactive safety mindset by embedding safety into daily operations, identifying and mitigating risks through assessments and training, encouraging open dialogue on safety concerns, and continuously improving protocols to ensure a safe work environmentPuts customers at the center of every action by deeply understanding their challenges, delivering exceptional value, and striving to exceed expectations to support their success as our core purposeActively seeks and values diverse stakeholder perspectives, builds cross-functional relationships, and fosters trust through empathetic, fact-based communication—committing to shared decisions for the greater goodDrives results with clarity and purpose by focusing on what matters most, adapting to change, taking initiative, and owning outcomes while aligning actions with a clear understanding of success at every levelNavigates ambiguity with resilience and bold thinking, challenges the status quo, and combines innovative ideas with practical best practices to overcome obstacles and drive progressFosters a high-performance culture grounded in respect, professionalism, and support—balancing high expectations with a healthy, collaborative environment and being a trusted, dependable teammateApplicants must be eligible for employment in the United States and willing to work onsite at our HQ office in Palo Alto, CA.Pivotal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
