Mainframe Technical Lead / Program ManagerLocation: Phoenix, AZ (Day 1 Onsite / Hybrid)Responsibilities:Lead and manage Mainframe application development, enhancement, and support programs.Coordinate with business, development, testing, and support teams.Drive project planning, execution, governance, and reporting.Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelinesEnsure successful delivery of releases and production support activities.Required Skills:Strong experience in Mainframe technologies – COBOL, JCL, DB2 and/or IMS DBGood understanding of CICS, VSAM, Batch Processing, z/OSExperience managing end-to-end project/program deliveryStakeholder and client managementAgile/Scrum and Release Management experienceStrong risk, issue, and resource management skillsPreferred: Banking, Payments, or Financial Services domain experience.
