In this position, you'll work directly with customers both in person and over the phone, delivering a positive experience while ensuring all transactions meet state requirements.You'll be responsible for processing a variety of motor vehicle transactions, including driver's licenses, titles, and registrations. You'll also perform VIN inspections, provide notary services, and conduct road tests. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.*We will train the right person!Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess motor vehicle transactions in a fast, accurate, and professional mannerAssist customers with driver's licenses, titles, registrations, notary services, and other MVD transactionsConduct road tests as requiredObtain, verify, and review identification and required documentation for authenticity and completenessAccurately complete required forms and collect applicable feesMaintain compliance with all MVD policies, procedures, rules, and regulationsSafeguard confidential and sensitive customer informationMaintain a balanced cash drawerProvide excellent customer service in person and over the phoneCommunicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkersWork effectively in a structured, team-oriented environmentPerform other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsValid Montana Driver's License (required)Ability to successfully pass a criminal background checkAbility to successfully pass a motor vehicle record reviewAvailability to work Monday-Saturday between 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.Strong customer service and interpersonal skillsClear and professional verbal and written communication in EnglishAccurate and efficient computer skills using Windows-based applicationsStrong organizational and documentation skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitaskAbility to work effectively in a structured team environment Physical Requirements / Essential FunctionsMust possess the necessary dexterity and fine motor skills to operate standard office equipment, including a telephone, computer, keyboard, printer, fax machine, and copierWhat We OfferHourly pay starting at $20Health benefits including medical, dental, and vision401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid holidaysA supportive, team-oriented work environment
