Responsibilities Include:Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systemsPerform preventative maintenance and service callsTroubleshoot heating, cooling, airflow, and system performance issuesEnsure all work complies with safety standards and building codesCommunicate repair recommendations clearly with customersComplete service documentation accurately and efficientlyMaintain company vehicle inventory and equipmentDeliver professional, customer-focused service during every visitSupport team operations and maintain a positive work environment Work EnvironmentField service environmentExposure to varying weather conditions, dust, debris, and equipment noiseLocal travel required throughout assigned service territoryAbility to work extended hours during peak demand periods Why ACE Hardware Home Services? Requirements Required Qualifications3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferredEPA Universal CertificationStrong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshootingKnowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codesValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to work independently in a field service environmentStrong communication and customer service skills Preferred QualificationsResidential service backgroundExperience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipmentStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Salary Description $20-$45/hour based on experience
