The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering programs that meet stringent government requirements, timelines, and performance standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a secure, high-visibility environment.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end program management activities for government contracts and initiativesServe as the primary point of contact for the government customerManage program scope, schedule, budget, and performanceCoordinate cross-functional teams, including technical, operational, and support staffEnsure compliance with all contractual, regulatory, and security requirementsIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesProvide regular status reports, briefings, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the programFamiliarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologiesProficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or AsanaQualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationMinimum of 10+ years of experience in program or project managementDemonstrated experience managing government programs or contractsFamiliarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) and government contracting processesActive Top Secret (TS) security clearanceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environmentWork Environment: 100% onsite at government facility.
