Girl Experience Coordinator

Join our team as a Girl Experience Program Coordinator! You’ll plan and lead engaging year-round programs for girls, including summer camps, STEM/STEAM activities, leadership events, and outdoor adventures. We're looking for someone with strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, who can connect with girls and families from diverse backgrounds.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop and deliver creative programs and activities for girls of all agesLead summer camp and outdoor adventure programmingCollaborate with partners and volunteers to enhance program offeringsEnsure safe, inclusive, and positive environments at all eventsCommunicate regularly with families, staff, and community partnersTrack participation and provide feedback for continuous improvementQualificationsHigh School Diploma required. College degree or equivalent work experience in related field preferred.Minimum of 2 years experience in youth program development or education.Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tech toolsValid driver’s license and personal transportation requiredFirst Aid/CPR/AED certification (Wilderness First Aid preferred) (can be provided upon hire)Maintain Girl Scouts membership upon hireStrong reasoning and problem-solving skills; manage multiple deadlinesTo apply, submit your resume and cover letter.
