Host/Greeter Job Description:Host/Greeter responsibilities include greeting guests, providing accurate wait times and escorting customers to the dining & bar areas. For this role, you should have solid organizational and people skills to make sure our guests have a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. You should also be available to work in shifts. Ultimately, you'll ensure we provide excellent customer service & a pleasant dining experience to our guests.Responsibilities of a Host/Greeter:Manage reservations via walk-ins & telephone conversationsWelcome guests to the restaurantProvide accurate wait times & monitor waiting listsEscort customers to assigned dining or bar areaProvide menus & announce Waiter/Waitress's nameGreet customers upon their departure Host/Greeter Requirements:Understanding of restaurant etiquetteFamiliarity with health & safety regulationsExperience in managing reservationsDemonstrable customer-service skillsExcellent communication skills via phone & in-personStrong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar areaAvailability to work in shifts as neededGood physical condition to walk & stand during an entire shiftMust have Texas Food Handler's Certificate from http://www.certifiedonthefly.com.Background check will be performed on all applicants.
