Network Test Engineer (Software)

*TITLE:* Network Test Engineer (Software) *POSITION TYPE:* Full-Time (W2) *Duration:* 12 Months *LOCATION:* Mountain View, CA *Job Description:* We are looking for a Network Test Engineer (Software) to join our team. *Role and Responsibilities:* · Write and execute test cases; identify, debug, and create solution for issues/defects in software and firmware product/solution. · Dive deep into design/architecture alongside with requirements to design cases. · Collaboration with our partners in testing the joint solutions. · Collaborate and communicate with management for test plans, project progress, and issue resolution. · Analyze production issues, identify test gaps across the entire testing stack and make systemic improvements to testing and automation. · Build maintainable, high quality and effective automated tests in Android. *Required Experience and Education:* · 3+ years of experience in networking domain, testing protocols like DNS/SSH/HTTP and familiar with socket programming. · Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent. · Experience in testing various network platforms/VPN clients (Juniper, Cisco and ZScaler etc.) is a plus. · Cisco Certification(s) (CCNA), or equivalent is desirable. · Excellent understanding of QA processes and methodologies. · Experience with mobile automation execution and coding in Java. *Necessary Skills and Attributes:* Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
