You aren't just "talking about money"-you are an educator and an advocate:The Presentation: Clearly and confidently explain dental procedures and treatment plans to patients.Financial Strategy: Navigate insurance benefits and offer financing solutions (like CareCredit) to make care accessible.Case Success: Manage treatment follow-ups and "unscheduled treatment" lists to keep the heartbeat of the practice strong.The Tech: Utilize Denticon to maintain precise financial records and seamless patient flow.What We're Looking ForThe Expertise: 2+ years of dental experience is required, with a strong preference for previous Treatment Coordinating experience.The Communicator: You can translate complex dental terminology into "people-talk" and discuss finances without hesitation.The Closer: You have a proven track record of increasing case acceptance through relationship-building and follow-up.The Tech Savvy: Knowledge of Denticon is a huge plus!The DetailsPay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE)Schedule:Mon-Thu: 8:45 AM - 5:00 PMFri: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Enjoy your Friday afternoons!)Ready to help patients take the next step toward a healthier smile?
