We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team.Job Title: Copywriter - III (USD).Location: New York, NY.Job Overview:We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Content Quality & Publishing QA Lead to ensure all web and digital marketing content is accurate, error-free, and aligned to established publishing standards prior to release. This role is responsible for reviewing web pages and digital content for typos, formatting issues, broken links, spacing inconsistencies, ADA compliance, and adherence to design files. In addition to hands-on quality control, this individual will own QC documentation, enforce publishing checklists, and develop training materials to reduce recurring errors and improve team-wide publishing discipline. This is a quality governance and operational excellence role focused on accuracy, consistency, and process adherence. Responsibilities:Content Quality ControlPerform detailed proofreading of web pages, landing pages, forms, emails, and other marketing content prior to publishingIdentify and correct typos, grammatical errors, extra spacing, formatting inconsistencies, and alignment issuesValidate hyperlinks and ensure all links function properlyConfirm adherence to design files and brand standards: brand voice, style guidelines, and formatting standardsConduct cross-browser checks to ensure consistent presentationConduct accessibility (ADA) and browser/device testing to ensure compliance and consistencyCollaborate closely with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues quicklyProcess & GovernanceDevelop and maintain standardized QA checklists and review protocolsEnsure publishing workflows and QC processes are followed consistentlyTrack recurring quality issues and implement preventative improvementsConduct periodic quality audits of live contentTraining & EnablementCreate clear training materials and documentation to support quality standardsTrain authors and publishers on QC expectations and best practicesProvide constructive feedback to reduce repeat errors and improve quality and efficiencyPartner with Marketing Operations to continuously improve publishing workflowsServe as the lead QA/QC resource for the Digital Publishing team, establishing and maintaining quality standards and best practices. Must-Have Skills / Experience:Strong proofreading skills- some light writing/editing to support digital standardsExceptional attention to detailExperience reviewing web or digital marketing contentAbility to enforce process standards diplomatically and consistentlyExperience creating documentation and training materialsStrong organizational and communication skillsUnderstanding of ADA compliance and policyAbility to coordinate with marketing leads, web/design teamsPreferred Qualifications:Experience working within a CMS (e.g., AEM or similar)Familiarity with Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and StensulStrong understanding of WCAG, usability, and responsive design best practicesAbility to manage multiple concurrent reviews and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with structured publishing workflowsAmpcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
