This role blends presentation design, video production, and multimedia storytelling into high-impact content for internal and external audiences. In this role, the candidate should understand visual hierarchy, typography, color systems, composition, data visualization, motion design, and modern AI-assisted creative workflows. You should be equally comfortable building polished slide decks and producing dynamic, video-driven presentation experiences.The ideal candidate combines deep technical proficiency with best-in-class presentation design transforming ideas into dynamic visual content with a forward-thinking vision for multimedia experiences.What You’ll DoDesign engaging presentations translating complex ideas into clear, structured visual narrativesDevelop video-based presentations incorporating animation, motion graphics, and voiceoverCollaborate with stakeholders to define messaging, audience needs, and objectivesEnhance presentations with multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive componentsEdit video content to improve clarity, pacing, and visual impactApply storytelling and data visualization techniques to strengthen communicationStay current with design trends, tools, and emerging presentation formatsWhat We’re Looking For5–10 years of experience in presentation design, multimedia production, or a related fieldAdvanced proficiency in presentation programs (PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Gamma)Strong foundation in visual design principles (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)Experience with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)Proven ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual contentStrong attention to detail and ability to manage tight deadlinesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience working with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with AI tools to support creative workflows and efficiency (ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, Adobe Firefly) Nice to HaveDesigning executive-level or client-facing presentationsCreating interactive or immersive presentation formatsBasic audio editing and voiceover integrationDeveloping or working within brand identity systemsWhat Success Looks LikeClear, visually compelling, and memorable presentationsSeamless integration of video and multimedia storytellingConsistent, high-quality output across formats and platformsStrong positive feedback from stakeholders and audiencesWhy Join UsGrow a multi-brand, multi-team UX practice from the ground up.
