PETERS LOCATIONResponsibilitiesTrims excess flash from foam pads, per quality requirements, as they pass the trim station on the moving conveyor beltVisually and manually inspects the pad for defects relating to voids, collapses, rips or other process problems as the pads move along the light conveyor; pulls Velcro tape off pads as requiredRepairs defective pads within established guidelines by scooping, cutting, trimming and gluing foam in defective areas; places pads back on conveyor for inspection and packaging Performs various foam free dutiesRequirementsResponsibilities to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Responsibilities to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurements, volume, and distanceResponsibilities to regularly stand, walk, bend or stoop.
