We do this every day at Dollywood Resorts, which include over 600 rooms and 15 Food & Beverage outlets, all located in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee. The right Poolside Server will include equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.The Poolside server will provide an excellent guest experience through proper steps of service and maintain a great work environment for our fellow hosts and vendors. The Host will take and deliver accurate food and drink orders.Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able to display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.Summary of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesChecks with Manager for daily forecastStocks and presents food/beverage items to standardInspects location for cleanliness, proper supply levelsOrders/requisitions food and supplies through lead/sous chefMaintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codesUses POS accurately. Employees may also be required to travel to various areas on property which may include changes in terrain, stairs and uneven surfaces Repetitive Movements: This position may require performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands, arms or other body parts as part of typical job functions Environmental Conditions: This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat.
