Product Line Manager

Position: Product Line ManagerCompany: NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc.Location: Amityville, NYReports to: Chief Revenue Officer Company: NAPCO Security Technologies, a worldwide leader in the design and manufacturing of reliable, innovative solutions for physical security, access control, locking, cellular communications, sub-GHz wireless communications, cloud-based systems and commercial fire protection for residential, commercial & institutional premises and campuses for over 50 years, headquartered in Amityville, Long Island NY, seeks a Product Line Manager to oversee the development of NAPCO Security Technologies, Inc. products. Responsibilities:Manage the entire product line life cycle, build an understanding of customer needs, conduct competitive analysis to identify customer needs, and develop strategies to increase sales. Conduct regular product presentations to key accounts/clients and potential customers.Work with product development teams to manage new product creation and development. Manage and implement marketing activities to generate sales. Define and deliver on-time product launch plans. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of product management experience Proven track record in product line management, excellent project management skills, and a passion for creating innovative and captivating products. Strong project management skills and working knowledge of web analytics tools.Experience in market analysis and familiarity with product marketing tactics. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
