Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician supports operations by maintaining and repairing material handling and automated systems while ensuring equipment reliability and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesRepair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systemsInstall and service automated packaging and distribution equipmentTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issuesPerform preventative and predictive maintenanceMentor junior technicians and support maintenance activitiesEnsure safety standards and risk controls are followedEssential SkillsExperience with maintenance, conveyors, and automation systemsKnowledge of preventative maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to read blueprints and electrical schematicsFamiliarity with CMMS, data tracking, and basic project managementProficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to safety and quality standardsQualifications2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing MHE or similar systems2+ years of preventative/predictive maintenance experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with diagnostics and troubleshooting preferredAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysWe offer competitive pay, Day 1 healthcare benefits, 401(k) with company match, and up to 20 weeks of paid parental leave.
