Our company was founded with the vision of delivering top-tier architectural and engineering services, traditionally out of reach for smaller clients. Due to our success in fulfilling this mission, we are seeking to add a talented Architect to our team. Our primary goal is to use architecture and engineering to serve our community, partnering with local non-profits to support widows, orphans, and the most vulnerable. Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial building design and permitting, with a strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. The position requires a solid understanding of architectural principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Required Work Experience: Churches Retail Buildings Convenience Stores Restaurants Education Facilities Storage Facilities Medical Offices Vehicle Sales and Service Centers Office Buildings Prototype Design Space Planning Single Family Residences As-Built Creation Responsibilities: Perform architectural calculations and design tasks Prepare and review architectural plans and reports Apply knowledge of code standards, including International Codes, TDLR, ADA, and Energy Code, to projects Coordinate technical and administrative activities across project phases Mentor and train others in drafting and project coordination Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field 4+ years of experience in an architectural firm Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Familiarity with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience managing all phases of design Excellent communication and project management abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Job Type: Full-time, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid position after an in-office training period.
