Pharmacy Business AdvisorTerritory: Michigan, Indiana, Northern Illinois, and Eastern Wisconsin This is an in-person, field-based position — not remote or hybrid.About the RoleAmerican Associated Pharmacies (AAP) is seeking a motivated Pharmacy Business Advisor to grow and support independent pharmacies across a multi-state territory. This is a front-line field sales role, requiring frequent in-person visits and relationship-building with pharmacy owners and managers.If you enjoy being on the road, meeting customers face-to-face, and driving business growth, this role offers independence, variety, and purpose.What You'll DoTravel throughout your territory (approx. 80% travel, 50% overnight)Visit independent pharmacies regularly to grow sales and engagementProspect for new business opportunitiesBuild long-term relationships with pharmacy owners and staffDeliver business reviews and growth strategies in personIdentify opportunities to increase participation and purchasesManage your territory pipeline and report resultsWhat We're Looking For2+ years of successful outside/field sales experienceStrong relationship and presentation skillsAnalytical ability to build and present business casesProficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM toolsMust reside within the listed territoryAmerican Associated Pharmacies (AAP) is one of the largest independent pharmacy cooperatives in the United States.
