PMO Lead – Artwork Platform Program (Pharma)Contract: B2B freelance Location: Remote (Europe)Duration: 8 months + possible extensionRole OverviewWe are looking for a PMO Lead to support a global pharmaceutical transformation program focused on a packaging artwork management platform (similar to Esko WebCenter).The role sits at the centre of a complex, cross-functional initiative, ensuring strong governance, delivery tracking, and stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and vendor teams in a GxP-regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead PMO governance, reporting, and tracking (plans, RAID, status, steering packs)Coordinate global stakeholders across business, IT, and vendorsManage risks, dependencies, and escalationsDrive SIT and UAT planning, execution, and defect managementEnsure compliance with GxP and support audit readinessOversee vendor delivery and alignment with program milestonesMaintain structured documentation in JIRA and ConfluenceRequirementsStrong PMO / Program Management experience in large-scale programsExperience with SIT/UAT and end-to-end test coordinationBackground in pharma, life sciences, or regulated environments (GxP preferred)Strong stakeholder and vendor management skillsExperience with JIRA and ConfluenceNice to HaveExperience with artwork/packaging systems (e.g. Esko WebCenter)Exposure to global transformation or rollout programsIf you think you match the JD, please apply with your CV.
