Headquartered in New York City, we also have offices in Los Angeles and Reykjavík.The A&R Coordinator will support the entire A&R team in areas including but not limited to catalog maintenance, coordination & support, release calendars, collecting & processing sales reports, tracking deal deliverables, operational administrative tasks, and fulfilling A&R Manager requests.The primary job functions of this role are outreach, scheduling, and onboarding of artists and labels to the Too Lost platform. You will collaborate cross functionally with all our teams and most often with our Operations, Deal Operations, and Product Management teams.This position will work from our Los Angeles, CA office on a hybrid schedule of 4 days in office and 1 day work from home.What You’ll Be Doing:Assist A&R team in researching/identifying potential clientsOrganize and then evaluate new artist submissionsActively search blogs, social media and charts for potential new talentOutreach and onboard new clients, walking them through the catalog migration processResearch and evaluate new music performance using a variety of internal and external platforms, dashboards, etc.Present new clients to our Commercial Partnerships team and collect and analyze data and trends to support pitching and marketing of releases to partnersIdentify and interpret relevant data in the context of the current music landscapeAid in maintaining pre-existing client relationshipsAdministrative tasks such as scheduling calls/meetings, recording expenses, submitting deal draft requests, and marketing requestsAssist clients in their management of release assets including masters, artwork, label copy, pitch notes/epk, bios and press photosDirectly supporting our A&R Managers in signing and fulfilling distribution agreementsWhat We Are Looking For:1+ years Full-Time Music Industry experience preferredPassion for music, operational processes, and data.Highly organized and able to prioritize needs across multiple projects and tasksExpertise with aggregating and manipulating robust sets of data to draw tangible insightsStrong data analysis skills in Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools, etc.Excellent attention to detail, including grammar and spellingComfortable working in an ever changing environment with many demands and priorities, requiring flexibility, a positive demeanor and a “can do” attitudeExcited by a collaborative, fast paced and high-volume work environmentSalary Range: $50,000 – $52,500 USD base salary, depending on experience.
